Original language description
This paper studies self-supported CaTiO3 layers prepared by plasma-spraying technology. Water stabilized plasma gun WSP as well as conventional widely used gas stabilized plasma gun GSP were employed. These specimens were annealed in air atmosphere up to1170 °C. Work is focused on dielectric properties of these specimens. Relative permittivity and loss factor were observed. Microstructure was studied by light microscopy, microhardness and X-ray diffraction. The work deals with influence of annealing ondielectric properties, crystalline structure and porosity of plasma deposited calcium titanate.
