Original language description

This paper tackles the problem of siting and sizing of distributed generation in a distribution system, considering the technical and economic aspects of the planning problem. Based on analysis of modern tendencies of big cities development it was shownthat load-center supply systems (LCSS) are an compulsory element of power supply systems of big cities. It was created a unique topology and techno-economic model of load-center supply system for peripheral districts of big cities. The obtained results allow us to make decisions for the construction of a load-center supply system for peripheral districts of the city, and also to choose the optimum site for the construction of load center substation regarding to the power source.
