A 3.6 (4.3) V 10 mA capacitor-less low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator for system on chip (SoC) is introduced. It does not require any external component and is stable in a wide range of load current. This LDO uses a PMOS transistor as the power element.The proposed LDO has been designed in a commercial 0.13 ?m CMOS technology. The variation of output voltage is less than 72 mV even when a full load step is applied and current consumption of this LDO regulator is 72 ?A regardless of the load current.
