Original language description
Security and Privacy are two important factors for developing Telecare information systems. This study is about model based on those two factors, where the system exchanges secure data via internet, and it defines various levels of access rights (privileges) that ensure sufficient privacy. With more privacy for the person and more security in sending information, the involved people will trust more the Telecare information systems. But on the other hand it will be more complicated to guarantee the security and privacy with the quick advance in this area.
