Original language description
Relatively long-term time series of precipitation and air temperature for the Czech Labe River have been used for modelling of rainfall-runoff process and for the assessments of the evapotranspiration demand. The appearing oscillations and the random changes of vegetation cover are to be followed as the indication of fluctuations also in evapotranspiration; the intention is to appraise such complicated time series as the long-term process. The modified shape of the conceptual model SAC-SMA enables the prompt simulation and that creates the conditions for automatic calibration of this model; separately for individual, i.e. partial time intervals, with diverse expected evapotranspiration. It may be ascertained then during identification of optimal modelparameters. So, the resulting evapotranspiration is represented as the outputs of modelling; such values could be hardly gained as measured data or computed values, e. g. from other meteo-observations.
