APPLICATION OF MOTION DETECTION METHODS IN HUNTINGTON?S DISEASE ANIMAL TRACKING SYSTEM
Original language description
The presented paper describes implementation of motion detection methods in the automatic Huntington?s disease animal model movement tracking system. Animals used in this study were transmutagen pigs. All of the animal models were recorded by a static videocamera placed above the piggery. Animal movements were recorded during all day. The aim of our study is to accurately measure overall movement as well as changes in certain parts of the day. The several image segmentation methods and motion analysis were designed, implemented and tested. The best ones were selected and used for further recorded videos batch processing.
