*Mathematical model of a cogeneration unit is a simulation model, which has been designed and implemented for the purpose of certification of a cogeneration unit. The mathematical model simulates the behaviour of the cogeneration unit TEDOM Cento L200. The main focus of the model is to simulate the electrical characteristics of the power generating unit and its influence to the electrical grid. The model was created with respect to the technical guidelines for power generating units FGW TG4 .
