Original language description
This paper describes the analysis of transmission data rates close to gigabit per second on different types of communication cables. Model of transmission lines and their parameters are presented. The theoretic transmission capacity of the classical telecommunication copper-wire cable with a diameter of 0.4 mm, the flame-resistant communication copperwire cable with a diameter of 0.8 mm and the signaling copperwire cable with a diameter of 1 mm is calculated and evaluated.
