This software module was developed to create neural model of atmospheric influences in time on short FSO links. Input parameters: time series of measured atmospheric data, measured FSO link(s) attenuations, size of recurrent neural network for model. This module creates and simulates a black-box neural network model for simulation of atmospheric influences based on time series of atmospheric data.
