*Augmented Vision and mobile devices, the future of HMI
Original language description
*Augmented vision and mobile devices are not a new invention, but in recent years their maturity has increased and we are now close to their mass deployment in production systems. In this work, we summarize the current state of these devices with focus on Google Glass. We describe a Google Glass application developed specifically fro Škoda Auto a.s. that demonstrates a possible use of these modern technology in the Škoda company. The application scans the bar code from various documents and devices, searches the database of service manuals and if a match is found, it displays the service manual to the user.
