    Use of a Nanocrystalline Core for a Precise Non-invasive AC Current Measurement

  • Original language description

    An apparatus working on current transformer with split nanocrystalline core principle is described in the paper. It enables non-invasive measurement of AC current at frequency band of 50 Hz to 7 kHz. Ratio error and phase displacement do not exceed 0.12 % and 35' at transformation ratio of 500 A/1 A, real secondary burden of 3 O and secondary current range of (1 - 120) %. The ratio error does not substantially change and phase displacement does not exceed the value 220' at frequency range to 7 kHz.
