    The invention relates to the source of non-thermal plasma, which leads to stabilization, homogenization and to expansion of the volume of the electric discharge between two coaxial electrodes, under simultaneous action of sound and magnetic field at atmospheric pressure. The apparatus is used for increasing the efficiency of plasma-chemical processes leading to the destruction of toxic pollutants, decomposition of volatile organic compounds or plasma-enhanced combustion. ### The patent is exploited by its owner.
