Closed-form Design of Optimal DC-pass FIR Filters
Original language description
A robust closed-form design of optimal DC-pass FIR filters is introduced. These filters are optimal in the Chebyshev sense possessing equiripple magnitude frequency response and linear phase. An exact degree formula is presented. The closed-form design outperforms the standard numerical design also in terms of robustness. Two examples are included.
