Using sentiment detection on tweets to form opinions
Original language description
In this paper we explore the possibility of using social media to aggregate knowledge about previously unknown subject and use sentiment analysis to gauge the overall opinion on a certain topic on social media. We train different sentiment classifier models and leverage them together with TwitterAPI to form a sentiment score on a presented topic that serves as a basis for the system’s opinion.
