Mathematical Models of Multiphase Machines Based on Symmetrical Components Decomposition in Relation to Space Harmonics
Original language description
This paper covers the theory of symmetrical components decomposition in relation to spatial wave harmonics produced in the airgap of multiphase machines. Easy to follow algorithm for obtaining transformation matrixes of multiphase machines is proposed. As an example, mathematical models of five-phase and asymmetrical six-phase induction machines are presented.
