    Effect of Post-Annealing on Electrical Parameters of Joints Formed from Conductive Adhesive

    The work is focused on monitoring the effect of post-annealing of joints created from two types of conductive adhesives on the resistance and nonlinearity of their volt-ampere characteristics. Considering the curing schedules of the adhesives, annealing was performed at temperatures of 100, 130, and 160 oC. Annealing times were chosen between 10 and 40 minutes in four steps. It was found that the post-annealing technique can reduce the resistance of the adhesive joints but do not reduce the non-linearity of their volt-ampere characteristic.
