    A Trust Vector Control (TVC) rocket with an advanced launchpad with an integrated computer, liftoff prediction, and a Starship inspired capture mechanism. The 3D-printed airframe optimized for reduced mass and launchpad compatibility. The flight computer PCB redesigned for robust LoRa wireless communication, status LEDs, and a Raspberry Pi Pico microcontroller. A 9-DOF IMU provides data for positional guidance, processed by flight software with a state machine architecture. A custom 3D flight simulator enabled automated PID tuning and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation of the software. The system features live telemetry, wireless ignition, and a web-based ground station for real-time data visualization and remote commands.
