    The device is a CLLLC converter based on GaN transistors. It is bidirectional converter consisting of two full H-bridges. It is able to continuously convert voltage levels 375-425 V at the input to 250 - 450 V at the output. Maximum power is 3.3 kW and operating frequency is typically around 500 kHz. The device includes power electronics and control circuits to monitor its functionality. The input and output currents are sensed using the Hall-effect amplifiers. The transformer's primary and secondary currents are sensed using the measuring transformers and fast comparators that allow usage of a zero current cross switching control. The high voltages at the input and at the output are sensed using the optically isolated amplifiers. The PCB also contains temperature sensors to control the correct operation. The control unit is external and it is connected to the device using the connector HARTING_0902_264_6825. The signals are connected according to the STM standards.
