This research report describes WP1 activities of the project called “AI-Driven Smart Safety Management System for Industrial Environments” in 2025. The WP1 focuses on sensor fusion techniques to detect and predict potential collision scenarios between workers and forklifts. It consists of sensors to monitor the surroundings, track objects, and alert both workers and forklift operators of potential hazards. In 2025, tasks 1.2 Sensor Selection and Integration and 1.6 Testing and Validation Deliverables cooperation were performed.
