    The Random Circuits Generator is an easy-to-use tool for generating parameterized random circuits described in the PLA format. It is capable of producing large PLA files of different types, while the consistency is kept (the on-set does not intersect theoff-set). Very big emphasis is put on parameterization - parameters, like the number of inputs, outputs, terms, percentages of 1s, 0s, don't cares, etc. can be specified by the user.
