    The Contribution Reports on Problems Solved by a Laboratory of Biomechanics Team Using Numerical FEM System Ansys. The First Problem is a Complex Analysis of Swanson's Prosthesis of Interphalangeal Joint and its Interaction With Phalangeal and MetacarpalBone. Nonlinear Hyperelastic Material Model and Contact Elements Were Used. The Second Analysis is From the Application of Biomechanics in the Field of Forensic Medicine, Experimental and Numerical Approach to Determination of Ultimate Strength of Bonesis Shortly Described. The Material of the Bone is Considered Nonlinearly Elastic With Varying Material Properties Based on Data Obtained From Computer Tomography Scans.
