Original language description

A typical feature of transport infrastructure projects is expense and ůpng-term duration of construction. Transport infrastructure financing has traditionally lain in the domain of the public sector. A tightening of many countries, budgets recently has led to an exploration of alternative resources for financing transport infrastructure. A variety of models and methods can be used by transport infrastructure project financing. The selection of the appropriate model should be done not only with regard tofinancial resource but also with consideration the distribution of construction and operating risks and the contractual relations between the stakeholders.
