Original language description
The experiments were carried out in glass-wall bubble columns reactors. Values of gas holdup were determined by the method of pressure differences from the differences of hydrostatic pressures along the bed height. The results of experiments showed thatstability of the homogeneous bubbling regime. Experimental gas holdup data were correlated with the drift flux model. The best relation for gas hodup data fit for all tested plates generating the homogeneous bubbling regime has been determined.
