The development of person transportation is financed from the public sources. The reason is the loss fare and bad conditions for maintenance oh infrastructure and transport means. The demands of public transport are limited possibilities of public budgets. The article for this reason is aimed at model of railways system based on the data of the year 2001. From this base is possible to give the demands toward to public budgets conservation and other economic figures.
