Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, still does not have sufficient railway transport capacity serving the city centre and Ruzyně, the international airport in Prague. This should be changed by some 20 km of new railway line which considerably usesthe existing single-track line from Prague to the city of Kladno. In addition to the quick and reliable rail connestion betwen the airport and the capital centre the modernised line will be accompanied with development of architektural and urban centresand important interchanges in the territory. The project comprises several tunnels which cover some 10% of the total length of the line.

Praha, hl.m. ČR, stále nemá dostačující a kapacitní železniční dopravu spojující centrum města a Ruzyň, mezinárodní letiště Praha.Měla by to vyřešit 20km nová železniční trať, která z velké části používá existující jednokolejnou trať z Prahy do Kladna. Kromě rychlého železničního spojení mezi letištěm a centrem hl.m. bude modernizovaná trať doprovázena rozvojem architektonických a urbanistických center, a důležitými změnami v území.Projekt zahrnuje několik tunelů, ketré pokrývají 10%celkové délky trati.
