Some remarks to genetic algorithms and GPAs dynamics

Result description

There are interesting similarities of GA and especially GPA behaviours with deterministic chaos systems from the dynamics viewpoint, especially to so-called systems with mixing. The work analyses if and how much ergodic hypothesis is applicable to GA andGPA. Energy of genome will be also defined. Basic operations of GAs and GPAs will be studied from the energy viewpoint and then there will be shown their influence to GA and GPA ergodicity. At the last the Poincare recurrent theorem will be discussed.
