Alliance Approach to the Driver-Car Simulation Synthesis
Original language description
Complex Driver - Car Simulators which have been recently proved as efficient tools for the study of specific phenomena of driver behavior (fatigue, aggressiveness, e.g.) typically consist of many highly independent, freely joined parts. An emerging theory of Systems Alliances generally imposes lower emphasis on detailed identification of both particular components and the whole. That is the reason why it seems to be worth to utilize basic concepts and methodologies of this theory to the both analysis and synthesis of this class of simulators. In the beginning of the paper the basic concepts and methodologies of the Theory of Systems Alliances are briefly overviewed. In the second part of the paper the knowledge based on this theory is implemented on the synthesis of complex Driver - Car Simulator Laboratory. The discussion also sheds light on specific aspects of control processes dynamics within the Alliances.
