    Model of homeostatic artificial neuron

  • Original language description

The article presents a way how to use the idea of homeostasis in the design of artificial neuron. The artificial neurons were inspired by biological neurons. One of the basic properties of the living cells is the homeostasis. This concept can be generalized and used in the context of neural networks as an computational homeostat. The article presents a basic theoretical principles of homeostatic neuron, its practical implementation in a programming language and the results of the tests.
