The paper presents systemic approach to the training of operators of road tunnels as it was prepared within the Safetun R&D project Ministry of Transport. Its output is the complex Methodology for training operators of tunnels. It defines the systems ofeducation stating by education courses through remote education by eLearning until to tunnel simulator. It simulates set of emergency events in the tunnel through virtual reality. The article explainins only eLearning and tunnel simulator from the wide spectrum of used methods.
