This type of communucation is analyzed and described using information gathered during implemenration and operation of a unique web peoject www.videokonzultace.cz providing general public with paid online consultation with educators, students and experts in various fields. This article involves a description of a technology being used for e-consultation service and directly connected withweb sites, a description of features and parameters of the above service, a review of technical requirments for consultants and customers and other information refetring to this type of online communication.
