Availability of the wireless seamless telecommunications solutions with selectable QoS (Quality of Service) as well as area coverage represents typical ITS applications requirement. Car to Infrastructure (C2I) use to be dominantly demanded solution, however, more and more frequently Car to Car (C2C) alternative appears as the regular topic. The only publically available C2I data services are provided with wide-area coverage, however, mostly with no guaranteed service quality. C2I service quality principal improvement can be reached by multi-path approach with dynamic selection of best possible alternative
