Original language description
Flight safety together with demands on effective and well-ordered air traffic flow is an essential requirement of modern society. Flight safety depends on proper human and machine operations. The paper is focused on the impact of objective and subjectiveaspects on human factors in the Air Traffic Control environment. Special interest is paid to the influence of day-time and season period, character of air traffic, aircraft movement phase, meteorological conditions, Moon-phases, flight-release conditions and air traffic intensity in particular airspace. Data of 981 air traffic occurrences records were gathered during the period 2000 - 2012 in Czech Republic, Great Britain, Canada and United States, respectively.
