Over ground roads are linear structures of traffic infrastructure that is a basic part of critical infrastructure of territory. They are important for ensuring the serviceability of territory at normal, abnormal and critical conditions. The paper contains information on traffic incidents with presence of hazardous substances and on data describing traffic incidents with presence of hazardous substances obtained from the Czech Republic Police it compiles graphs of monthly frequencies of traffic incidentswith presence of hazardous substances for years 2007-2011
