Original language description
Security situation everywhere, in the EU and each territory continuously changes with time, and therefore, it is necessary to form new safety culture taking into account the actual knowledge and experiences with interdependences among the public assets leading to extreme social crises. The aim of paper is to present outputs for different aspects important for human security in Europe that were obtained by detail research of level of disaster management in Europe. The results were obtained by critical judgement of original data obtained from experts in ten domains by help of questionnaires. The items requiring the research for improvement of human security are denoted as security challenges because their default might have big impact in the 2035 time frame, and currently they are not sufficiently addressed in the planning of research. E.g. we observe new disasters, e.g. geomagnetic storms belong among them because some of new technologies are vulnerable by their impacts. There are also
