Original language description
The authors provide an analysis of traffic on the example of the multilevel road interchange of Bauyrzhan Momyshuly Avenue and Tauelsizdik Avenue in Astana, capital of Republic of Kazakhstan. As there is known these two streets are the main transport arteries which connecting the right and left bank of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Analysis shows that there are formed fairly large plugs at following vehicles in both directions at peak periods. Therefore, the authors of this paper proposed ascheme of multilevel road interchange, eliminating conflict points that increase capacity of interchange and ensure the safety of pedestrians.
