Unmanned aircraft are one of the fastest developing parts of the aviation industry. Each of the member states of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) looks at this issue from a different point of view. This article points out legislative differences between the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. There are some differences in regulation between weight division and methods of flight control. Automatic and autonomous flight controls are crucial to operation systems of unmanned vehicles. The aviation regulations also significantly limit a control of UAV using image transmission for a pilot.There are a lot of limitations which these types of flights restrictor completely prohibit. This article summarizes selected regulations used in the Czech Republic and in the United Kingdom.
