Original language description
The article presents findings and conclusions of traffic safety inspection which was carried out on selected roads I/13, I/20, I/21, I/25 and I/64 in the Karlovy Vary Region. Firstly, the methodical approach of drive-through safety inspection with inspection vehicle is outlined. Subsequently the statistical assessment of all identified traffic safety deficits is presented and accompanied by illustrative examples of systematically repeating deficits within the assessed road network. The conclusion then summarizes the conclusions of the inspection and presents ranking of these deficits with regards to their severity.
