The malfunction of all heating system was observed through electromagnetic interference (EMI) between heating current and high sensitive thermocouple measuring channel. Only rebuilding of heating current source solved this problem. The transmission delayof oven is limiting the slew rate to 8 0C/s. New better oven is necessary
