The measurements of the inelastic incoherent neutron scattering(NPD) are carried out on the Rb1-x(NH4)xMnF3 mixed crystals with the concentrations x=0.75 and x=1.0 at 20 K,100 K and 200 K on the NEPA-PR neutron spectometer on the IBR-2 pulsed neutron sourse(FLNFJINR,Dubna,Russia). More detailed neutron powder diffraction spectra are obtained on KSN-2 diffractometer in Rez in the laboratory of neutron diffraction of FNSPL,CTU,Prague for the ammonium concentrations x=0.75,0.90,0.95 and 1.0 in temperatureregion from 300 K to 7 K.
