Thermoluminescence Properties of CVD Diamond Film

  • Original language description

The diamond films were characterised by means Raman/photoluminescence/FTIR spectroscopy, XRD, RBS and elastic recoil detection analysis (ERDA). Thermoluminescent (TL) responses of this material to photons provided by radionuclide 60Co source over a doserange from 1 to 50 Gy were measured.
