Original language description
It has been demonstrated that the Leksell gamma knife radiosurgery can be effectively used for the targeting of ophthalmic lesions. However, the radiosurgery for eye lesions is a very specific task compared to other indications. Consequently following issues concerning the accuracy of the treatment has to be addressed: stability and reliability of eye fixation, accuracy of stereotactic imaging, absolute and relative dosimetry in ophthalmic lesions. The purpose of this study was to address and evaluate these three accuracy issues.

Czech description
Radiochirurgii pomocí Leksellova gamma nože lze efektivně využít pro oční léze. Tato technika sebou ovšem nese velmi specifické nároky, které se týkají zejména stability a spolehlivosti oční fixace, přesnosti zobrazovacích metod a absolutní a relativní dozimetrie cílového objemu. Cílem této studie bylo tyto tři aspekty popsat a zhodnotit.
