Application of the three methods was tested for analysis of complexation in the system europium (2.310-7 - 510-4 M, labelled with 152Eu) and Aldrich humic acid (2-60 mg/L), pH 4-6, ionic strength 0.01 or 0.1(NaClO4), solution age 1 and 7d. Extents of Eu complexation obtained by the methods were compared. One of three dialysis arrangements tested and ion exchange method gave similar results. Results of ultrafiltration were different and incorrect due to imperfect separation of complexedand ionic Eu forms.

Czech description
Bylo testováno použití tří metod k analýze komplexace europia (2.310-7 - 510-4 M, značeného 152Eu) s huminovou kyselinou typu Aldrich (2-60 mg/L) při pH 4-6, iontové síle 0.01 nebo 0.1M (NaClO4) a stáří roztoku 1 a 7 d. Stupeň zakomplexování Eu zjištěný těmi metodami byl srovnán. Jedna ze tří modifikací dialýzy a ionexová metoda daly podobné výsledky. Výsledky ultrafiltrace byly odlišné a nesprávné v důsledku nedokonalé separace komplexníxh a iontových forem europia.
