Nanoparticles have many application today. One of them is their utilization as an environment sensors. These devices are based on mechanism of Shottky barrier which occurs on metal/semiconductor interfaces. Recently, sensors of hydrogen-gas or nitrogen-oxide-gas based on meta/InP interfaces was reported. Generally, gas sensors have been used for industrial process controls, for a detection of toxic environmental pollutants, in human health, and for the prevention of hazardous gas leaks, which comes fromthe manufactoring processes
