Nd:YAG/V:YAG Monolithic Microchip Laser Operating at 1.3um

  • Original language description

Two longitudinally diode-pumped Nd:YAG/V:YAG Q-switched microchip lasers emitting radiation at wavelength 1.3 um were realized. The first laser, designed for higher pump power, was based on the composite crystal which combines in one piece a 4 mm long cooling undoped YAG crystal, 12 mm long Nd:YAG laser active part, and 0.7 mm long V:YAG saturable absorber. The second one was designed to obtain shorter pulse length. It consists of 4 mm long Nd:YAG crystal and 0.7 mm long V:YAG crystal.

Nd:YAG/V:YAG mikročipový laser pracující na vlnové délce 1,3 um

  • Czech description

Byly sestaveny dva podélně buzené Nd:YAG/V:YAG Q-spínané mikročipové lasery, které generovaly záření na vlnové délce 1,3 um. První byl vytvořen pro získání vyššího výkonu a skládal se z 4 mm chlazeného nedopovaného YAG krystalu, 12 mm dlouhého aktivníhoNd:YAG krystalu a 0,7 mm saturovatelného absorbéru V:YAG. Druhý systém generoval kratší délku pulsu a byl tvořen 4 mm dlouhým Nd:YAG krystalem a krystalem V:YAG s délkou 7 mm.
