    A previous termhigh-resolution X-raynext term CCD camera based on YAG:Ce thin scintillator is presented. previous termHigh resolutionnext term in low-energy previous termX-raynext term radiation range was achieved on several objects. The spatial previoustermresolutionnext term attained in the images is several um. The present previous termhigh resolution imagingnext term system is a combination of a highly sensitive digital CCD camera and an optical system with a thin scintillator screen. The screen isformed by the YAG:Ce inorganic scintillators. These materials have the advantages of the mechanical and chemical stability as well as being non-hygroscopic. The presented work compares the previous termresolutionnext term of images taken using single crystal or taken using the P43 phosphor screen Gd2O2S:Tb (GOS). The objects used for previous termimagingnext term are grids and small animals with parts of several um.

    Je prezentována rtg. kamera s vysokým rozlišením založená na YAG:Ce scintilátoru. Vysokého rozlišení (několik mikrometrů) bylo dosaženo několika metodami. Systém tvoří kombinace vysoce citlivé CCD kamery a optického systému s tenkým scintilátorem. Objekty použitými pro demonstraci jsou mřížky a drobní živočichové (hmyz) s velikostí jednotlivých částí v mikrometrech.
