Gray-Scott model is a model of the chemical reaction U + 2V -> 3V , V -> P . It was first introduced in 1984 by P. Gray and S. K. Scott [1]. In this paper we focus on quantitative comparison of two numerical schemes we for the solution of this model. These are based on FDM and FEM methods.
