The not yet well known thermodynamic characteristics of the ternary (Nd0:33 Eu0:38Gd0:28)Ba2Cu3Oy superconductor were investigated by means of electron specific heat measurements and direct reversible magnetization data. Basic superconducting parameterswere deduced that well resemble those published for YBaCuO.
