The Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU) has long traditions in teaching and research in nuclear sciences and technologies. Especially, they form important part of activities of the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering. Nowadays, itis the only institution in the country with complete teaching and research programmes oriented to nuclear sciences and technologies, though some limited parts of these disciplines are also taught at the other faculties of the CTU and at other Czech universities.
