Hydrogen Sensors Based on Electrophoretically Deposited Pd Nanoparticles onto InP
Original language description
Pd nanoparticles prepared with reverse micellae of water/AOT/isooctane solution are deposited on the surface of undoped n-type InP substrates. We discuss the influence of particular combinations of (i) the substrate surface treatment, (ii) conditions ofthe electrophoretic deposition (time, applied voltage), and (iii) methods of the electrical contact preparation on the performance of hydrogen sensor elements
