Original language description
Optical absorption, photoluminescence, and EPR of Er3+ impurity centers in KTaO3:Er single crystals was studied. This study proved the presence of at least two types of Er3+ impurity centers in KTaO3:Er crystals. The detailed analysis of the low-temperature absorption and photoluminescence spectra allowed to determine structure of energy levels of the majority Er3+ center with non-cubic symmetry.
